Welcome to Orchid Care Pro ("the App"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the App, developed and operated by Redifyne LTD ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. General Information

• The App is provided free of charge but offers in-app purchases, including subscriptions to unlock premium features.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

• Monthly Subscription: $7.99 USD
• Yearly Subscription: $39.99 USD
• All subscription payments will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions via your App Store account settings. Refunds are not provided for unused portions of subscriptions.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You must not misuse the App, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or engage in any activity that interferes with its functionality.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks, and code within the App are owned by Redifyne LTD and are protected under intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
